A friend of mind, Betty Locke, stopped smoking using hypnosis and recommended that I call Linda Allred. She told me that if it worked for her, it could work for me too.
I was curious about hypnosis because everything I had tried in the past i.e. cold turkey or the patches did not work. I felt horrible and depressed.
I started noticing positive changes right away. I feel really good about myself. My family thinks it is great. I enjoy going out now, and I do not have to worry about offending people with my cigarette because I AM A NON-SMOKER!
