Q: Linda, what exactly IS Self-Hypnosis, and can anyone use this tool to lose weight, stop smoking, or lower their stress levels?
Linda: ALL hypnosis is Self-Hypnosis just in case you didn’t know. You have free will to accept the suggestions you are given or reject them. If you are willing to give me 100% commitment level, then I will do the rest. I’m positive that you will be excited from the results of our sessions. Plus Self-Hypnosis is a life-long tool. Once you’ve learned it, you own the most powerful resource for personal change and relaxation that exists; and once it is yours, no one can ever take it from you.
